We are celebrating Dr. Seuss week Feb 23-27. Students can dress up to help get excited about reading and building a love for literacy!

Important information on Valentines Day deliveries!

Today in Kindergarten, Q and U officially tied the knot because, as everyone knows, Q never goes anywhere without U!
There was lots of learning, lots of giggles, and a very important lesson about teamwork and letters that belong together. We now pronounce them QU… together forever! Congratulations to the happiest little letter couple in the alphabet! What a fun day!

Our January character word was Respect. We are excited to celebrate our Student of the Month recipients who have shown outstanding respect! These students treat others kindly, listen to adults and peers, and follow expectations. Great job, OKC students!

Our December character word was compassion. We are so proud of our students who earned Student of the Month for showing true compassion! These students go out of their way to be kind, help others, and include everyone. Great job, OKC students.

We are incredibly blessed at Ozark Schools to have a counselor who is truly selfless and always puts others first. She goes above and beyond every single day to help wherever she is needed, without hesitation.
Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to step in at any moment do not go unnoticed. More than that, she is always ready to listen, offer encouragement, and be a genuine friend to students and staff alike.
Ozark Schools is better because of her. We are so thankful for all she does. We love you, Mrs. Allred. The students had fun writing why they love her and coloring pictures for her. The coloring page not be 100% accurate, but it definitely captured her big heart and the joy she brings to our school! Happy National School Counseling Week. HPRD!

January is School Board Appreciation Month, and the OKC is incredibly thankful for our dedicated school board members! Thank you, Rick Cline, Garrett Shepherd, Caren Nichols, David Kendrick, and Lisa During for your service, support, and the countless ways you help our schools succeed. We are so grateful for all you do!

Thank you to our Local Leads at Guy Fenter Education Cooperative for our students' gifts. Very much appreciated! Love, Ozark Pre-K Staff.

Our Kindergarten students spread a little Christmas cheer today with a special visit to the Ozark Nursing Home. We would like to give a special thank you to Mrs. Wolfe, our amazing music teacher, for helping prepare our Kindergarten students for their performance and to the wonderful residents and staff at Ozark Nursing Home for welcoming us so warmly. Happy Holidays from OKC.
Throughout the month of November, our students focused on fairness and good behavior. We have seen so many students demonstrating exemplary behavior by sharing, taking turns, using kind words, following expectations, and showing respect for others both in and out of the classroom. These positive choices help create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can learn and grow. These students are shining as role models and showing what it means to be fair and respectful. Keep up the great work!

Last month, our character word was Integrity — doing the right thing even when no one is watching. These amazing students consistently show honesty and strong moral character in all they do.
We are so proud of their leadership and the example they set for others every day! Way to go, students.
