Today we are proud to celebrate Lexie Ladd Day at the Kindergarten!
As our Administrative Assistant, Lexie plays an essential role in the daily success of our school. If you have ever visited OKC, you have undoubtedly been welcomed by her friendly smile and a warm, inviting spirit. Our school would not function as efficiently without her dedication and hard work. Lexie, thank you for the care, professionalism, and commitment you bring to our team. We truly appreciate all that you do! Our students love you too!

At OKC, we are especially grateful for the amazing educators who pour their hearts into teaching our littlest Hillbillies each and every day. A huge thank you to Ms. Avery, Mrs. Suzie, Mrs. Mandy, and Mrs. Shannon for creating nurturing classrooms where our students feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. At OKC, we are proud to recognize our Students of the Month for February, who demonstrated the character trait of Self-Control. We are a little behind on our post because of a technology issue. These students have done a wonderful job showing what it means to make thoughtful choices, manage their emotions, and stay focused even when things can be challenging. Great job, students!

Today in Kindergarten, Q and U officially tied the knot because, as everyone knows, Q never goes anywhere without U!
There was lots of learning, lots of giggles, and a very important lesson about teamwork and letters that belong together. We now pronounce them QU… together forever! Congratulations to the happiest little letter couple in the alphabet! What a fun day!

We are incredibly blessed at Ozark Schools to have a counselor who is truly selfless and always puts others first. She goes above and beyond every single day to help wherever she is needed, without hesitation.
Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to step in at any moment do not go unnoticed. More than that, she is always ready to listen, offer encouragement, and be a genuine friend to students and staff alike.
Ozark Schools is better because of her. We are so thankful for all she does. We love you, Mrs. Allred. The students had fun writing why they love her and coloring pictures for her. The coloring page not be 100% accurate, but it definitely captured her big heart and the joy she brings to our school! Happy National School Counseling Week. HPRD!
