From exploring the playground to spending time with friends and teachers, our students enjoyed a fun-filled day of learning, laughter, and making memories together. Our students loved having a picnic with each other. Experiences like these help our students build friendships and enjoy the world around them. Thank you to all the parents who came and spent time with our kiddos. Today was fun!

We are also so thankful for the support from our wonderful community partners. We value our partnerships with local community members and businesses that help support student learning. This year, Ms. Casey Ford from the Franklin County Extension Office visited our school to teach students about the importance of staying healthy and caring for their bodies. Students learned about yoga and the importance of exercise, the food groups, and about creating healthy habits. Thank you, Ms. Ford, for sharing your time and helping our students build a strong foundation for healthy living!

Today, our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade students had the wonderful opportunity to attend Kindersongs. This event was organized by Mrs. Kari Skaggs and Mrs. Jennifer Peters, in coordination with Brianna Lamb from the Franklin County Library. Thank you to everyone involved for providing such a fun and memorable experience. Our students truly enjoyed it!

These wonderful ladies are truly valued members of our school family and our community. Our students look forward to their time with them throughout each week. They spend time supporting literacy and math skills, mentoring our students, and simply being present. Sometimes, it’s that one extra caring adult who makes all the difference. Their kindness reminds our students that they are seen, supported, and loved. Thank you, ladies, for the blessing you are to our school and for volunteering you time and talents. Ms. Karen, Ms. Judy, Ms. Judith, Ms. Taff, and Ms. Jeanine, we love you all.
