These wonderful ladies are truly valued members of our school family and our community. Our students look forward to their time with them throughout each week. They spend time supporting literacy and math skills, mentoring our students, and simply being present. Sometimes, it’s that one extra caring adult who makes all the difference. Their kindness reminds our students that they are seen, supported, and loved. Thank you, ladies, for the blessing you are to our school and for volunteering you time and talents. Ms. Karen, Ms. Judy, Ms. Judith, Ms. Taff, and Ms. Jeanine, we love you all.

As our Administrative Assistant, Lexie plays an essential role in the daily success of our school. If you have ever visited OKC, you have undoubtedly been welcomed by her friendly smile and a warm, inviting spirit. Our school would not function as efficiently without her dedication and hard work. Lexie, thank you for the care, professionalism, and commitment you bring to our team. We truly appreciate all that you do! Our students love you too!

Our little learners are growing up right before our eyes! On Monday, April 20, our kindergarten students will be taking their Cap & Gown Pictures to celebrate a BIG milestone—graduating kindergarten! Get ready, families… your babies are about to look like graduates! Forms will go home tomorrow.

At OKC, we are proud to see our students truly living out the character word trustworthiness each and every day! These small, everyday actions are building strong character and a positive school community. This was our March character word. Great job, OKC students. (Not pictured: Annie E.)

We are incredibly blessed at OKC to have paraprofessionals who go above and beyond each and every day! Their dedication, patience, and heart for our students do not go unnoticed. Thank you, paras, for all that you do to make our school a better place. We truly couldn’t do it without you! Thank you, Avery, Wendi, Shannon, Jessica, Michelle, and Paula.

To enroll for Kindergarten, a child must be age five (5) on or before August 1, 2026.

We can't wait to meet you! HPRD

At OKC, we are proud to recognize our Students of the Month for February, who demonstrated the character trait of Self-Control. We are a little behind on our post because of a technology issue. These students have done a wonderful job showing what it means to make thoughtful choices, manage their emotions, and stay focused even when things can be challenging. Great job, students!

As we head into next week, here are a few helpful reminders for our families! 📣

Important information on Valentines Day deliveries!

There was lots of learning, lots of giggles, and a very important lesson about teamwork and letters that belong together. We now pronounce them QU… together forever! Congratulations to the happiest little letter couple in the alphabet! What a fun day!

Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to step in at any moment do not go unnoticed. More than that, she is always ready to listen, offer encouragement, and be a genuine friend to students and staff alike.
Ozark Schools is better because of her. We are so thankful for all she does. We love you, Mrs. Allred. The students had fun writing why they love her and coloring pictures for her. The coloring page not be 100% accurate, but it definitely captured her big heart and the joy she brings to our school! Happy National School Counseling Week. HPRD!
