Dear Ozark SD,
You may recall that we asked for your input about adjusting the school calendar to go to school rather than use some scheduled vacation days. There were over 700 responses and nearly 70% said that we should go to school. This could help us to finish the school year before we go very far into the month of June. After a unanimous vote last night by the Ozark Board of Directors, February 16th, February 19th, and March 15th will all become school days with regular attendance for students and staff. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns. An updated calendar is attached.

Athletics Updates: OJHS Basketball vs Dardanelle canceled due to inclement weather has been rescheduled to February 3rd, 2pm at Dardanelle. Go Hillbillies!
Senior Night for Winter Sports (Basketball, Cheer, Bowling, and Archery) will be Friday, February 2nd, at 5:45 before the senior girls basketball game in the HAC. #HPRD

Due to inclement weather and road conditions, the Ozark School District will observe a 10am start time on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024. Buses will run 2 hours later than typical pickup times.
No 7th grade athletics - please report to OMS. Morning shuttles will run from the Upper Elementary. Afternoon dismissal will still be at normal times.
