OJHS Quiz Bowl team placed 2nd at the Coop Tournament today. (back row) Zella Dean, Ashlynn McKenzie, Gabi Rofkahr, Lane Darr. (front row) Tyler Warren, Averi Dawson, Lawson Ward. Joah Smith, 8th grader Joah Smith got top 10 All-Tournament team.
For the second time this year, Ozark Junior High 8th grader Lane Darr took home the bronze medal at the chess tournament in December. He won 4 out of five games. Way to go, Lane!!
Tuesday was election day not only for adult citizens, but also for Mrs. Yarbrough's 9th grade American History classes! Yarbrough hosted a mock election where her students had a chance to look at the same ballot their parents and teachers used to cast their own votes. Way to go, 9th graders!
