The Ozark School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Math Instructional Facilitator for grades 3-5. Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered as a candidate:
Hold a valid and current Arkansas Educator’s license
Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
Have excellent time management skills
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Knowledge of curriculum and alignment in both Mathematics and Science with Arkansas State Standards including implementing/modeling best practice in Eureka Math; differentiated instruction, interventions, and STEM practices.
Highly motivated to research new and innovative strategies to increase student engagement; provide explicit Tier 1 data-driven instruction, intervention, formative assessments, and classroom management
Willing to participate in weekly Professional Learning Communities across multiple grade levels.
Meet regularly with the principals to report on progress and to evaluate the math program
Facilitate continuous improvement in classroom instruction by providing instructional support to teachers
Continue the alignment of instruction with curriculum power standards and common formative assessments
Proficient in technology usage and willing to learn new technology resources
